Will all students get Garage Band? I hope so! Our non-negotiable apps should be pages, keynote, numbers, garageband, and iMovie. Those allow our students to synthesize information through creation of a variety of resources.

I know we can record with our SMARTNotebook software but adding our voices and for those things that are not in SMART. We could use the Flip cams.

Use Wordle word clouds as backdrops for presentations (green screen in photobooth, pages, keynote, etc.)
Wordle could be used in lower grades with Author Studies to track some of the books/characters from those books and discuss what themes are noticed in the author study.
Could Wordle be used to enhance writing instruction?
It could be used by students to organize words for different purposes (transitions, describing words, adjectives, prepositions, etc.)
Quick Time Player is definitely something we as a staff need to take advantage of....not only for preserving all of the technologically sound instructional strategies we've learned but also for assistance with our students............
Off topic question.... If we have a QR code in our email or in a keynote is there a way to make the computer scan the code so we can stay on the computer and not switch to the iPad???

Use keynote recordings and movies to standardize the PBIS lessons. Create the keynote of expectations, record the show with voice over. Students scan a QR code that takes them to the appropriate lesson video, watch the video and then the class practices the skill.
